Francesco Paolo Console

Francesco Paolo Console was born in Turin. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and got two master degrees in Economics, one at the University of Turin and the other one at the Polytechnics.
After a significant work experience in various industrial areas and an important banking experience in the U.S.A. and Great Britain, he founded the C&C Group in 2002 and Console and Partners in 2010.
Partner of The Italian Stock Exchange and lecturer in the “Elite” courses organized by this one and collaborating with The Bocconi University, he is an advisor for ANCE* and CONFINDUSTRIA* in their missions.

Claudio Iacubino

In 1990 Claudio Iacubino gets his Bachelor of Law at the University of Bari and in 1994 he gets the license to practice law, first as a solicitor than as a lawyer. Mainly he is in charge of company law, commercial law, judicial and extrajudicial law, banking law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions.
For many years, dr. Claudio Iacubino manages judicial and extrajudicial tasks for different credit institutions. Since 2011 he became partner of Console and Partners Srl and member of the Board of Directors. He manages all the advisory activity regarding the company law, contract, mergers and acquisitions.
